Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with every order. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for the terms of our return policy. Please note that return availability may vary depending on items purchased.

 

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 days of order date.

1.    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if the items arrive to you with defects or damage, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery.

2.    Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

3.    Return will be applied in the form of credit to be used toward your next ARTTH purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.

4.    Returned items must be received in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed, and with all merchandise tags attached.

5.    Item must be properly sealed and packed, with the original order invoice enclosed.

6.    Ship the parcel to our mailing address to initiate the return process.

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

1.    Items purchased under discount, during sales, or during special promotions.

2.    Items purchased using credit coupons or promotional coupon codes.

3.    Customized products or products on order.

 

We reserve the right to refuse return of items that show visible signs of wear, items that have been washed or soiled, or other items that we deem to be in unsuitable condition imposed by the customer.
